THE "WOMEN'S BILL"
A much "High Voltage Drama" was created regarding passing of "Women's Bill" at Rajya Sabha.
Some unruly scenes took place with Lalu Prasad Yadav,Mulayam Singh and others walking out!
But today,Rajya Sabha created History by passing "Women's Quota Bill" after 14 years of persistence..!

I was trying to emphasize the fact that lalu himself has 7 daughters but he is against women's bill..
